By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and accept my Terms of Service. You are encouraged to message me beforehand if anything was unclear to you.

My art should not be used in favor of AI/NFT, no exceptions.I hold the rights to refuse a request if it doesn't meet my TOS or if it makes me uncomfortable.This is a digital art commission and there are no physical items to be delivered. The client may not remove my signature from the finished artwork.

As the artist I am not responsible for any mistake on the client's part regarding the payment. All payments must be done be made through the commission platform and be 100% upfront unless a payment plan is previously agreed on.

The price listed on the commission page are a base price and may increase according to the request, all commissions have a 5% sales fee applied.

No full refunds are available after the client's request is submitted and marked as a W.I.P. Under the circumstance where the artist is unable to complete the commission due to any personal reasons and no deadline extension is discussed, a full refund will be issued.

The client must provide enough references and details for an efficient process, and fail to provide those may lead to undesirable results, which the client takes responsability for.Edits during the rough sketches are expected and can be made for free. Past that point, major changes such as composition/character pose cannot be done.

Any mistakes made on my part are to be corrected free of charge.

The deadlines are set with my queue and my limitations in mind, in case of a particularly complex order it may demand more time, and that timeframe may be edited accordingly during the proccess.

I will be transparent if anything on my end warrants an extension, and that should be discussed with the client

The final file is delivered through the commission platform and I am not responsible for lost or damaged files after that.

As the artist I retain the copyright of the commissioned illustration.The client cannot claim my art as their own and must credit me either with an @ or a direct link to my VGen/Commissions.gg. Commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise, and a commercial license does not exempt the client from crediting me. I may use the commissioned artwork to promote myself in social media, unless an NDA license is applied.

You may contact me at any time of the day through the platform you commissioned me in or Discord (@ Yero.png). I am happy to answer any questions and brainstorm with my clients. I will give updates on any significant progress of the commission and/or ask for clarification in the request.

You can place your order through Vgen or Commissions.gg and you may message me first through Discord/Social Media in case of you have any questions.

The deadline of each kind of commission may vary, if you have a hard deadline, a rush fee can apply.

For a better result and easier process you must provide as much references and information as possible: the character's expression, pose composition and clothes as well as the general vibe of what you wish the illustration to be etc.
